The next topic in the Penrose Lecture Series is Technical Sales and Marketing (S&M). In this part of the lecture series, we are going to cover the mechanics and philosophies of technical industrial sales and marketing. This will provide training and insight for the sales or marketing professional and an understanding of what these guys are up to for the client or customer.

In Part 1, we introduce the topic and discuss evolving, entrenched and distruptive technologies or services.
